The Tiva 610 is an economic washer featuring low energy and water consumption.  Several double door Tiva 610 washer-disinfectors used together are an ideal low-cost solution for medical centers that needeffective washing of large quantities of medical items.  Loading and unloading of instruments is carried out using manual trolleys, optionally connected to a conveyer system.

• LCD display with 20 standard cycle programs and 20 additional adjustable cycle programs
• RS-232 printer connection is provided for documenting the washing phases
• Two chemical dosing pumps with the ability to adjust detergent consumption for each cycle (level control).

Thermal Disinfection

Thermal disinfection takes place at 93°C with a temperature holding time in compliance with EN ISO 15883. Both temperature and time can be modified to meet the specific requirements of the customer. 

Mechanical Cleaning Action

Mechanical action is a vital component of the cleaning process which uses heavy duty wash pumps to ensure high flow rate and effective spray pressure for better and faster cleaning results.
